I wanted something profound to say…but my heart and my words are still.
So then Lord let my hands and my mouth be still.
Don’t let me move or speak without You.
With nothing greater to say, I will simply state I love You.
And let all within me rest in the fact that You love me back.

You spoke volumes in your stillness.
I love Andrew Murray’s book, Waiting on God. He reminds us over and over of the importance of coming before our Father in stillness–waiting for the rustle of the Spirit within our soul.
Many times we are too busy or full of words ourselves to hear His still, small voice.
Thank you,
Dianne

This is beautiful!! It reminds me of the verse,”be still and know that I am God.” It such a blessing to know that God is ALWAYS there. In our busyness and in our stillness.
Blessings!
